I have just returned from the Aylesbury Utd Juniors tournament , held over 2 days. The women's team has lots of talent looking at the results . The U10, U11 U12 and U13 each won their tournaments. Well done to all involved. From the information I saw 240 teams of age groups from U7 to U18 both boys and girls.
The organizers and volunteers of the whole event must be congratulated on putting on such a great event.
The senior women were at Launton today for a tournament in preparation for next season. They have so arranged 2 friendlies, Sunday 30 June at Holmer Green and Sunday 21 July at home to MK united ( expect this to be at St John's sports and social club , Stone) Both matches start at 2pm.

First pre season match v MK City today
The result was a 3-3 draw . All the players from the previous season have returned, looking fit, keep working through the 90 mins on a warm and humid afternoon. Pre season training has had its benefit. Overall a very good run out for everyone. At the suggestion of MK City , a penalty shoot took place after full time. This to simulate a match situation. A good idea
Scorers Sammy J , an own goal from a cross into the box by Jessica R and Iona L
Thanks for all the support today. The next match should be at Launton on Sun, 11 August,

Thanks for the updates as ever JR! Are you aware of any place we can find the TVCWFL constitution for 24/25?

Thanks JR!
Bit of an expansion to the geographical footprint of Division 3 North this season! Nice to see a Mursley United women's side emerging considering their senior men's team disappeared a few years ago.

Note The Oxford road is closed so the diversion is in place. This morning I went through Bishopstone , going south and turned off to Marsh. ( I had to turn because the road ahead is closed.)The road leads to the rail bridge at Kibble station so on to the Risborough road and on to Aylesbury

The first league of the season is away to Tower Hill on Sunday 2 pm start.
All support welcome.
After check the directions using the post code on FA full time, it leads to the back of the ground, BUT using the address West Witney sports and social club this took me to the front entrance. Would other members of the forum please correct me if I am mistaken.

I visited the West Witney Sports ground for Tower Hill Men's team in September 2022. Take the A4095 out of Witney. This curves round to the left at Tower Hill and as it does so, the road to your right is the B4047 Burford Road. Just past Deer Park Road to your left, the pitches (and large clubhouse/dressing room building) can be seen and a little further on is the entrance to your left. From memory, there is a lot of parking even if other games are taking place.
Hope this helps you and anyone else planning to go and support the AYLESBURY UNITED women's team.
